Brief
The system fulfills AMR function of energy meter operation data and PC management function of energy data. The power line carrier wave technology is applied for the communication between the data concentrator and each data collector and data remote transmitter terminals for realizing the dual-direction data transmission. Meanwhile the data interchange between the data centrator and main station PC is processed through public telephone network or other ways. The magement of energy data gathering, price/payment calculation, power line loss calculation and report creation have been entirely automatized and computerized. The system adopts modern electronic technology, digital communication technology and computer network technology to achieve the good compatibility and extensibility. It can construct the network flexibly for application in various energy consumption conditions. It provides the user a complete meter-reading solution and provides the power authorities a energy management means in convenience, efficiency, shortcut and accuracy.
Explanations
The master computer is installed in the power authorities, and it communicates with the meter-reading concentrator through the public telephone line. The meter-reading software is installed in the master computer, and it is a consummate power consumption management system integrating the functions of meter file management, meter data collection, meter data management and meter abnormality analysis. The software is developed by DELPHI7. The ACCESS97 database is the existing database at the software launch. The system user can upgrade the database to ACCESS2000 or higher edition.
DDSI26 Single-phase Electronic Carrier Wave Energy Meter
The product is used to measure single-phase AC active energy with the rated frequency 50Hz
and rated voltage 220V. It has the function of communication through the power line carrier
wave. Being the terminal of meter-reading through remote carrier wave, it can unite together
with the carrier wave meter-reading concentrator and main computer to form the remote meter-
reading system & realize the functions of energy measurement and energy data remote transmission. All the specifications comply with the technical requirements of the China National Standard GB/T17215-2002 (Static AC Active Energy Meter with Accuracy Class 1 & 2) and DL/T698-1999 (The Technical Requirement of Low Voltage Power-users Centralized Meter-reading System).
